Bradley W. Spahr, President/Chief Executive Officer
Brad Spahr became majority shareholder of Specialty Motors in 2006 after extensive experience in the manufacturing industry. Previously, he served as president of HR Textron in Valencia, Ducommun Aerostructures, and Composite Structures in Monrovia, CA. He also performed as a test pilot for the U.S. Navy. Under Brad’s leadership, the company is empowered to provide quality solutions, quickly and efficiently to meet customer demand. He plays a hands-on role in overall business management and maintains strong relationships with customers to ensure the company’s high standards are met. Brad holds his MBA from Pepperdine University and an engineering degree from the U.S. Naval Academy.
Outside the office, Brad is active in the community serving as President of the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club.
Paul Sandrock, CPA, Chief Financial Officer
Paul’s experience covers the full spectrum of business operations activities in a variety of industries and environments. He masterfully provides innovative solutions to complex business issues, which is an asset to Specialty Motors and its customers alike. Before joining Specialty Motors as co-shareholder, Paul’s titles included Controller, CFO, CPA, and COO. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
Ron Estes, Director of Operations
Ron’s experience in manufacturing is wide ranging. He is currently responsible for all plant operations including managing both capital and human resources for optimum results. His aptitude for continual improvement of the production process enables Specialty Motors to reach high levels of safety and performance.
Ron is a member of the American Society for Quality. He holds a degree in business management from Eastern Michigan University, Advanced Blueprint Certification, and Methods-Time Management Certification.
Blair Randle, Manager of Sales & Marketing
Blair is a graduate engineer from UCLA (BS), and has many years of experience in the motion control and automation industry. He has held sales management, marketing management, and engineering positions with the Minarik Corporation, in both their national distribution division, and their drives manufacturing division. Blair also created and owned his own sales representative company, building relationships with a variety of customers by presenting viable motion control solutions.
